The report at a glance

The report is one page that reads top to bottom. A sidebar stays on the left with the chat, its key numbers and the sections. On a phone the sections move into a menu.

The parts, in order

Part	What it answers
The biggest fixes	How much was sent, how much the fixes would cut, and the three fixes worth most.
The path, Step 0 to the last turn	Every turn as a tile. Switch between Board, Charts and Table.
Step 0	What the agent sent before you said a word. Opens from the first tile.
The turn panel	One turn in detail. Opens when you tap a tile.
Agent flow	Which agents worked, what each did, and what it handed back. Only when helpers ran.
How to save	Every fix, its saving, and the rule to paste.
Safety rules	Rules for the risky steps the map found. Only when it found some.
Trace & risk map	Every turn, call and tool step, with the risky ones lit up.

The path: Board, Charts, Table

• Board: the tiles, in order. The bigger and redder a turn, the more it cost.
• Charts: cost per call, the running total, chat size against price, breaks and compactions, the dearest turns, a time breakdown, and the cost breakdown.
• Table: the same numbers as rows, to sort.

On a phone, the key numbers sit in a bar at the top and the sections open from the ☰ menu.

What the colours mean

Each colour has one meaning everywhere in the report.

Colour	Means
Blue	Step 0, what was needed, the main agent. Pale blue is earlier conversation.
Purple	Re-read from the cache: cheap, about a tenth of the price.
White / dark	Written fresh: full price.
Green	What the model wrote back.
Orange stripes	What could be cut.
Red	How heavy a turn is.
Its own colour	Each helper agent.
